Part Validation Search

To quickly search for and validate multiple items:

1. Select a catalog.
2. Click the Part Validation Search button next to the Search field on the main tool bar.
3. Enter a part code into the Enter validation items field and press Enter.

Tip: Depending on the dataset, part codes may also be called Base Numbers, PNCs, or Reference Numbers.

4. You may enter as many part codes as you need, separating them by pressing Enter.
5. Catalog data for each part will appear in the bottom portion of the window. Click this icon to see a preview of the Illustration without leaving the search results.
6. Click the Add to Picklist icon next to any part to add it to the current picklist.
7. Click Close to return to the previous EPC screen.
