Creating an Estimate

You can use the parts in the picklist to create an estimate for your customer.

TIP: Anything showing in the picklist will also appear in the estimate. You can use the picklist's Custom Columns settings to hide sensitive information before creating your estimate.

1. Add the parts you need to the picklist.
2. Click the Estimate button on the picklist toolbar to open the Estimate window. Model information, along with parts and prices from the picklist, are imported automatically into the window.

3. Enter additional information as required.
4. Use the Part Numbers checkbox to show or hide part numbers on the estimate.
5. Use the buttons at the top to Download the estimate as a PDF file, Save the picklist on which it was based, Print the estimate, or Email the estimate as a PDF attachment.
