Working with Picklists
Use picklists to create lists of parts that can be sent to your DBS. The picklist pane appears at the bottom of the screen.
Tip: Only one picklist can exist per job, and picklists are specific to a given job.

Picklist management tools are located along the top of the picklist toolbar.

|
Customize which columns of information to show or hide for the currently selected Prices option (see below). Each Prices option can have its own Custom Columns settings. Items with a checkmark will appear in the picklist, and in any estimates you create from it. Tip: A number of sensitive data columns are hidden (unchecked) by default. Click to see what is currently hidden or displayed. |
|
Select an option from the picklist's Prices menu to determine which price types will appear on the picklist. Select None to hide prices. Important: The price displayed for a part is the total price for the quantity selected. For example, if a part in the picklist shows "3" in the quantity column and "150.00" in a price column, the price for one part is 50.00. |
